I believe that healing happens through relationship,

 and in the midst of conflict, an experienced neutral professional aids greatly in bridging the existing gaps.

 My educational background is in social work, family advocacy and law. 

Parties who choose me as their mediator do so because I am knowledgeable, experienced, and that I care.

I am successful in aiding people  redefine changing

relationships.

Working through a conflict  is not about who has caused the most hurt, or about blame.

It is about facing the truth about what exists today so that a plan can be made for tomorrow.

From that plan hope and  positive action are         possible.

I have  a reputation as a fair, honest and facilitative communicator.

I have aided  over 50 churches  and 120 families, in the past three years ,

in assessing identifying and  reconciling  issues of concern, resolving current conflicts and redefining common goals and vision for their future.

 The end result is an understand among parties which encourages  collaboration in resolving problems and  identifying options which will encourage hope and redefine

futures.
